Led by Houston cosmetic dentist Wayde Fawcett, DDS, our friendly, caring staff are highly trained professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care.

Our dental assistants and hygienists are licensed professionals with many years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. Farhana Fawcett, R.Ph. – Executive Director

After growing up in England, I moved to Houston when I was 16 years old. While in college, Wayde and I were married. After graduating from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, I had a long career practicing pharmacy before moving on to a rewarding sales position as a pharmaceutical representative. During that time we were blessed with two wonderful daughters, who are my pride and joy. In 1993, I joined forces with my husband to build and manage his practice, and we have been successfully working together ever since. I am so proud to be working with such an exceptional team of professionals who share the same passion for excellence in general, advanced, and cosmetic dental care.

Karen – Treatment Coordinator

I’m still as passionate about being in the dental field as I was 34 years ago when I first entered the profession as a dental assistant working with the U.S. Air Force. I have had the privilege to share eight years with Dr. Fawcett and his team. It has truly been amazing. The level of experience and knowledge shared by his entire team shows how dedicated Dr. Fawcett is in providing excellent dentistry to his patients. Since being in the dental field I have worn many hats, including dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and insurance specialist–working with both medical and dental insurances. I have enjoyed every minute. I have been laughing with my husband and high school sweetheart for 36 years. We have a blast with our three sons…there is never a dull moment in our house, and when the opportunity arises, I enjoy relaxing to music, traveling, outdoors activities and cooking. I love to see people smile, so it’s no surprise that I would find my career in dentistry….Keep Smiling!

Kelly – Business Assistant

In 2007 I was honored to join Dr. Fawcett’s elite dental team in providing exceptional dental care. I have had the privilege of working in the dental field for over 35 years. I feel lucky to go to work every day and I love what I do. I have called myself a Texan for over 25 years, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it! I have been blessed with three incredible daughters that keep my husband and I constantly amazed! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, gardening, and watching movies.

Maria – Lead Clinical Assistant

With 30+ years in the dental field, I am honored to be a part of such a great dental family. I have taught entry level dental assistants on the basics of dentistry, as well as on various dental technologies. Having worked with some talented dentists, I have acquired valuable knowledge and experience. I am a native Texan and have lived in Houston since 2013. I am happily married with four step children. I enjoy outdoor activities and love to travel.

Tonja – Dental Hygienist

I have been in the dental field for over 20 years, starting out as a dental assistant. I quickly became passionate about dentistry and decided to further my education to become a Dental Hygienist at The University of Texas in 2012.

As a dental hygienist, my focus is on providing high quality care to my patients while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience. I am here to learn your dental history, listen to your concerns, and plan for a healthy future.

In my spare time I enjoy listening to jazz music, reading, and spending time with my family.

Sandy – Dental Assistant

After over 40 years in dentistry, one of the main aspects of why I love coming to work is making people feel good about their smile. I feel privileged to work at Fawcett Center for Dentistry, which is a well-known and established dental practice, where I have been able to hone my dental skills and pursue my passion for providing service and care in the dental field.

I’m a native Houstonian and both my husband and I come from large families. We have 5 children, 2 fur babies and 8 grandchildren. Naturally, I refer to my coworkers as my work family.

Outside of work, we enjoy the outdoors and road trips – living and loving life.

Yvette – Dental Assistant

I was born and raised in Houston, TX and ever since I was a little girl, I knew that I wanted to be a dentist. I was looking for a place where I could grow in my knowledge and experience and after finding Dr. Fawcett’s office, I knew it was the perfect fit! His knowledgeable team and the advanced technology they utilize was exactly what I was looking for.

For the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure of being a Registered Dental Assistant. I pride myself in being patient, caring, and understanding of a patient’s needs. I love transforming patient’s smiles and seeing the most nervous patient become comfortable in my care.

Outside of dental care, I enjoy traveling, concerts, games, and spending time with friends and family. I am blessed with 2 wonderful teenagers and thankful to call Houston home.
